WELCOME

Remember March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb, so if you’re feeling bogged down by the weather and your energy is waning don’t worry calmer days are on the way!

Take some time in the next few weeks to appreciate the little things and watch your mood change with the weather.

Tip of the Month...

Client Spotlight: Connecticut Cancer Foundation

The Connecticut Cancer Foundation celebrated their 32nd Annual Celebrity Dinner & Auction last month. Over 800 MLB stars, sponsors, volunteers and community members gathered at Mohegan Sun in support of the foundation.

Some of the celebrities that attended the event include Master of Ceremonies, Michael Kay, along with Boston Red Sox World Series MVP Steve Pearce and announcer/cancer survivor Jerry Remy. New York Yankees superstars Luis Severino, Miguel Andujar, Luke Voit and Yankee’s announcer John Flaherty, also came out in support of the cause.

But the real highlight of the evening was a special presentation by two of CCF’s own MVPs (Most Valuable Patients), Cam and Meadow, pediatric cancer patients currently in remission, that stole the hearts of everyone in attendance.

The event raised over half a million dollars for Connecticut families burdened by the financial hardships of caring for a loved one with cancer. For the past 31 years, CCF has donated over $5 million to more than 6,000 Connecticut families in need, and the Foundation has also donated over $2 million to support ongoing cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

The TNS Group is a proud sponsor of the CCF Annual Celebrity Dinner & Auction! Congratulations to Jane Ellis and everyone at The Connecticut Cancer Foundation for a great event. For more information about CCF and how you can get involved visit their website.
