TNS provides an extensive offering of remote "Managed Services." These services allow clients to offload their IT support, placing responsibilities and tasks in the hands of dedicated NOC (Network Operations Center) specialists. Through the applied use of remote monitoring and administration, a client can take their IT network into a proactive stance, watching for problems before they occur and providing corrective measures before the end-user experience is affected.
TNS utilizes a layered approach incorporating onsite and centralized systems to institute extensive remote monitoring and administration capabilities. Communication with client networks is established through a combination of secure means including encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnels, and/or firewall-based access rules.
