Technical Assessment
The objective of the TNS technical assessment is to evaluate the IT environment within a framework of best practices in the industry. Factors include items such as hardware/software performance, hardware lifecycle, network stability and network security. A primary consideration for the technical assessment is ensuring that the client can maximize its ROI as it pertains to their IT infrastructure.
TNS accomplishes this by performing a full network discovery, producing a detailed analysis, and providing a comprehensive evaluation complete with graded tiers of recommendations in order to address your immediate and future IT requirements. The resulting document will provide observations and suggested remediation actions, and will be categorized on the following scale:
- Critical
- Serious
- Recommended
