Project Management

TNS offers basic and advanced project management services to ensure that our clients get the most out of their IT expenditures. This service can be onsite or remote depending on our clients' needs. Our staff is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and uses the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org) approach. Working with both clients and other stakeholders involved, we develop project plans, secure the resources needed, and execute the project to deliver the desired end result while managing deliverables, tasks, schedules, risk, and scope. We know that you can only control a project to the degree that you plan and we provide the knowledge necessary to ensure it stays on track.
